Soft, sweet, and simple! They require overnight refrigeration.
In a large bowl, cream both kinds of sugar and margarine. Add beaten eggs. Stir in oil and flavorings.
In a smaller bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
Blend with the wet ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate the dough overnight.
Form into balls and dip in granulated sugar or colored decorating sugar.
Place on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass dipped in decorating or granulated sugar.
Bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Do not over-bake, so they stay moist and soft.
